Dive into the ancient art of womb dance, a practice deeply rooted in the wisdom of generations. This workshop is a celebration of feminine energy, a sacred space to honor the power and resilience of the womb.  During the workshop you'll explore gentle movements designed to awaken and nurture the connection to your body's center of creation. Through guided exercises and flowing choreography, you'll tap into the innate wisdom housed within the womb. The history of womb dance traces back to ancient cultures where women gathered to celebrate fertility, honor their bodies, and connect with the cycles of nature. Passed down through generations, this practice has evolved into a beautiful expression of feminine empowerment and self-discovery. After the workshop, enjoy a calming cup of tea and join in a discussion about the significance of womb dance in today's world.
